Returns and refunds
- Something wrong with your order? If it arrives damaged, defective, empty or it's the wrong item, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
- We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
- Change of mind: we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- This window applies to our fast replacement or refund. It doesn't limit your legal warranty rights under consumer protection laws.
